BOOKING
Booking is subject to room's avaibility

CANCELLATION
Owner of apartment must be notified at least seven (7) days in advance of any cancellations to the booking. Otherwise, no refund will be done.

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
To ensure that the unit is not over crowded, the guess is required to ensure that the number of guests allowed is not more than 8 including children at any one time.

CAR PASS
Maximum TWO car pass will be provided for each unit at one time

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
The check-in time is 3.00 p.m while the check-out time is 12.00 p.m.

COOKING FACILITIES
Guess are permitted to bring their own electrical foodstuff and do their own cooking. The kitchen is equipped with microwave and toaster only. However, please take note that ONLY light cooking is permitted for safety purposes.
Please note that no HAM, PORK,BACON or LARD, whether cooked or uncooked is permitted to be taken into or eaten at the apartment. Failure to comply may result in the guess being barred from future usage of this apartment.

WATER  & ELECTRICITY
Guess are advised NOT TO WASTE water and electricity unnecessarily.
A colour television set and ASTRO recorder are provided. Guess are advised NOT to tamper with the channels.

BROKEN & DAMAGE ITEM
The guess will be held responsible for any breakages or damages to the furnishings, furniture, crockery, etc. Any item broken or damaged MUST be reported to the caretaker.The guess responsible will be billed accordingly for the cost of repair and/or replacement.

VALUABLES & CASH
Owner will not be held responsible for the loss of cash and valuables belonging to the guess and his/her guest. Guess are kindly advised to safeguard their valuables.

ANIMALS
Pets and animals are not allowed into the apartment or its surrounding area.

These rules and regulations shall be followed strictly. Guess who fail to adhere to or misuse the facilities provided may be BARRED from future usage of the apartment.
